We can't believe how easy it is too look after your own future. The trickiest part was getting our super fund released and transferred into our own accounts.
In such a short time we had our own super fund. With a bit of research finding a good property manager and real estate, we bought our first property. We were excited when we found a property with a great tenant already in place. This property was a bargain buy. Over the year our property almost pays for itself. Our super covers Rates, Insurance and Accountancy Fees with the Rental income covering everything else.
We are now in the process of looking for our second investment. We are looking forward to growing our super over the next few years.
