As business improvement consultant with Robins Accountants, Neil Meldrum brings passion and flair to identifying, designing, and delivering business improvement initiatives.

Neil has adapted key components from corporate business management systems for practical use in any sized business to accelerate performance improvement, and growth. He excels at troubleshooting and problem solving with a simple approach for braking complex issues into simple steps.

Neil has personally built three business from start-up. He has also designed and delivered various performance improvement initiatives into Optus, Suncorp, ING, DPI (Qld), Brisbane City Council, Foxtel, VicTrack, Axon, and many smaller businesses.
